Every item sold by Butterneko is handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are taken to represent items as accurately as possible, but slight differences between photos and the item you receive may occur.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, for reasons such as suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
