Shipping
We ship from San Diego, California, and pack every order with lots of care!
- Where we ship: United States only, for now.
- Processing time: Most orders ship out within 5-8 business days since items are ready to ship. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your location, and is outside of our control.
- Shipping cost: Free on orders over $50.
- Carriers: Orders go out via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking: You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen in transit, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout!
Restocks
I try my best to keep ready-to-ship squishies in stock so you do not have to wait too long! But since every squishy is handmade, quantities are always limited. I do frequent restock drops as I make more, so sign up for our email list or follow @butterneko.studio on Instagram so you do not miss the next one ♡
Refunds & Returns
Every squishy is handmade in small batches, so once it is yours, it is yours to keep! We are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for things like:
- Not loving the look once it arrives
- Not vibing with the texture or feel
- Simply changing your mind
- Any other personal preference
The one exception: if your order arrives damaged during shipping, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage, and we will make it right. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
